AGENCY SPONSORS RECORD NUMBER FOR SALVATION ARMY ANGEL TREE PROGRAM
Louisville, KY – Dec. 12, 2017 – Kentucky’s largest advertising agency, Scoppechio, greets the holiday season with the launch of its annual partnership with The Salvation Army’s Angel Tree Program – and this year, it’s a new record for the agency with a 200 angels adopted to benefit needy families in the Louisville area.
For more than 20 years, the agency has supported the Angel Tree Program as a way to honor its clients and business partners during the holiday season.
“We look forward to supporting the Angel Tree Program every year,” said Toni Clem, President & Chief Revenue Officer of Scoppechio. “Every employee at the agency adopts an angel and is personally involved in purchasing gifts for that child. If in some small way we can ensure that these kids enjoy the blessings of a great Christmas morning, then we’re delighted to do so. And this year, we’re thrilled that we’re sponsoring the most Angels we ever have. It’s a great way to celebrate the season.”
The agency delivered gifts on Dec. 8 to the Salvation Army, which will distribute the items later in the month before the Christmas holiday. “Scoppechio’s support of the Angel Tree Program aids the organization in its year-round mission to aid families in need,“ said David Yarmuth, Director of Community Relations for the Salvation Army of Louisville. “Through the simple act of putting toys and clothes under the Christmas tree every year, together we brighten the lives of a lot of kids who might be a little less fortunate than most of us. And that’s a big part of what the Christmas message is all about.”
