On Sunday, November 4, a unique event will take place at the Big Four® Lawn at Waterfront Park in Louisville.

The event is called Splat Out Cancer. On that day, everyone will be welcome to help create a work of art that will make a bold statement about this community’s dedication to ending cancer. People will use launchers to send paint-filled balloons at a vinyl placed at the base of the Big Four® Bridge, in exchange for a donation to further cancer research plus cancer patient care/comfort. The event will also feature a kids zone, local vendors, food trucks and other community partners.

One hundred percent of the funds generated will go to support the research being done at Baptist Health Cancer Care Center.

The goal is to raise $100,000 so more patients will have access to leading-edge diagnostic and treatment procedures and a full range of support services.
