MegaViewer: Experiential Activation
When the Kentucky Department of Tourism wanted to make a big impact, Scoppechio jumped at the opportunity. Our research lead us to a new focus on weekends and unexpected KY experiences to attract tourism spending from primary & secondary target markets. Our solution to this insight was to utilize the campaign, “No Weekend plans? Try some of ours.” across digital advertising and experiential activations with the Kentucky MegaViewer. The campaign highlighted exciting, interactive, larger-than-life weekend getaways in Kentucky. Overall, the Weekend Plans campaign has generated over $14.5 billion in cumulative revenue to the state of Kentucky.
